Gugatan Perbuatan Melawan Hukum´┐╝

Gugatan Perbuatan Melawan Hukum (PMH) merupakan suatu gugatan yang diajukan oleh seseorang karena hak-haknya dilanggar oleh orang lain. Gugatan ini tidak didasari oleh suatu perjanjian sebagaimana diulas artikel sebelumnya mengenai gugatan wanprestasi, melainkan karena adanya pelanggaran norma hukum baik tertulis maupun kebiasaan (kesusilaan, kepatutan) yang berlaku di masyarakat.
