Wilopo obtained his law degree from Hasanuddin University, Makassar, and Master Degree from University of Indonesia. During his career as a lawyer, he ever has established Legal Aid Organization and then has joined with several well-known law firms in Jakarta which later formed him with many skills, knowledge, and any solution for legal matters.
He has had experiences in handling civil cases and business disputes, including shareholder disputes involving foreign companies, debt for corporate, as well as other experiences in alternative dispute resolution through arbitration (BANI).
One of remarkable case which he has been handled regarding mass layoffs in the acquisition process by foreign company which involving around 1000 employees, moreover he also has experiences for criminal cases such as general and special crime even in drug cases with death penalty.
Wilopo has registered as Indonesian advocate in the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) and could perform legal practice in jurisdiction of Republic of Indonesia.
M. RISVAN W. PUTRA – Lawyer
Risvan obtained his law degree from the Tadulako University – Palu. He begins his legal practice when he joined with one of well-known legal aid organization in Jakarta.
